SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING

Shipping costs are automatically calculated by our carriers at checkout. Our team takes diligent measures to swiftly and meticulously package your orders, consistently aiming to ship them within 5 business days of order placement. Our local distribution centers do not accept packages on weekends or nationally observed US holidays.

Please keep in mind that shipping is a third party service. Frond + Blossom is simply a go-between, securing the transportation service you select from the carrier services provided. Shipping fees are determined by the carriers and cannot be refunded after purchase.

Shipping service times shown at checkout are estimated by the carriers and do not include your order's packing and processing time. Because neither UPS or USPS guarantee any of their ground delivery times, we are unable to guarantee the delivery times estimated at checkout. 

When selecting an expedited shipping service (e.g. 2nd Day, Next Day, or Express Delivery) during checkout, please allow an additional 2 business days for packing and processing, which will affect your estimated delivery times. 

Upon shipment, a notification will be sent containing your tracking number(s), and you will receive further notifications via email (depending on your selection at checkout) when your order is dispatched for delivery and when it is delivered.

Please Note: Frond + Blossom is not responsible or liable for any package that is lost or stolen after the package has been shipped. Lost or stolen packages should be reported directly to the carrier.

ECO-FRIENDLY PACKAGING

As an environmentally conscious company, we carefully consider our packaging choices to minimize our impact on the environment.  We prioritize the use of recycled and recyclable materials, and opt for biodegradable, compostable, plastic-free materials whenever possible. At times, we may use shipping products that were sent to us as samples, which further reduces our impact, instead of going straight to a landfill.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)
Estimated shipping times are noted by each shipping service at checkout. These times are carrier provided estimates and are not guaranteed by the carriers.
Dependent on the shipping method you choose at checkout, you can generally expect your order to arrive within 3-5 days from the ship date, however please allow for up to 7 days or more during the holidays, or when shipping services are delayed by USPS or UPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are currently shipping to United States shipping addresses only. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Due to increasing costs and longer transit times for international transportation, we regretfully cannot provide the same level of service to our international customers. As a result, we have made the decision to focus solely on domestic shipping for the time being.

PLEASE NOTE: The consumer must provide an accurate shipping address when placing an order. Packages returned to Frond and Blossom LLC due to an improper or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the consumer and additional shipping expenses may be incurred for re-shipment.
