RETURN POLICY

At Frond + Blossom, we are dedicated to being caretakers of the planet. We aim to offer customers a curated range of distinctive products that not only improve their lives but also support a more sustainable future with our shipping products. With that notion in mind, we ask you to carefully review each product photograph, description, special details, and product measurements before making a purchase with us. We consider the environmental impact of shipping products, and because of our commitment to the future of our environment, returns cannot be accepted for reasons of personal preference; however, if you're not completely satisfied with your product, or it arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to address any concerns you may have. 

Requests for returns must be made within 15 days of delivery confirmation of your order. Any item you wish to return must have our advance authorization. All approved returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receiving return authorization from our support team. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Ensure that items are returned in their original packaging.

All returns are at the discretion of Frond + Blossom. Non-returnable items may include, but are not restricted to: teas, foods or spices,  health products, beauty products, apothecary + personal care products, seeds, undergarments, gift cards, downloadable products, clothing, sale and discounted products; and items not purchased directly from Frond + Blossom.

All sale and/or discounted items are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

DAMAGED or INCORRECT ITEMS
In the event that your order has arrived damaged or if you have received the wrong item, kindly reach out to us and provide detailed photos showcasing the damage. Each item will be assessed and if eligible, a replacement or refund will be provided at Frond + Blossom's discretion.

PLEASE NOTE: Frond and Blossom cannot be held liable for any damages, delays or additional charges incurred during shipping.

LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS
Frond and Blossom does not assume liability for lost, stolen, missing, or mis-delivered parcels. Lost or stolen packages should be reported to the carrier. Packages returned to Frond + Blossom due to improper or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the consumer.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Refunds may not be applicable for any item returned to Frond + Blossom that is not in the original condition, any item that is returned without prior authorization, or any item not postmarked within 15 days of receipt of Frond and Blossom's return authorization consent.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be promptly processed upon receipt of your return and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. All return paperwork MUST be included in the return shipment in order to process the return.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs to return any items purchased through Frond + Blossom.Shipping is a service provided by a third party, with fees paid to the carrier for transporting goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable and Frond + Blossom does not provide shipping costs for return. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. Frond + Blossom is unable to process refunds for returns we do not receive.

CHANGES TO ORDERS
Due to our prompt shipping schedule, we may not be able to fulfill requests for order revisions or changes. However, if able, we will try our best to accommodate your requests.
